Step Six: Security

Lackey Auctioneers are fully licensed and bonded and we carry $2,000,000 of liability insurance. All bidders are registered and identification is filed when they pick up their bidding card. Our terms of sale verify funds before items are removed from the sale.

Saftey is a priority on sale day, we work with you to stop accidents before they develop.

Our clerks electronically and manually record the auction to assure accuracy, prevent disputes and speed up customer service.

Step Seven: Accounting And Prompt Payout

When the auction is over our cashier will provide you with a complete itemized list of each item sold, the sale price, and the purchaser. Our cashier also collects any GST or PST tax applicable from the buyer and remits the taxes directly to Revenue Canada for you. In short, you receive a complete balance sheet of all funds incoming and outgoing to make your post sale record keeping simple. Finally, you receive a prompt cash payout in full within days of your sale.
